Participants who wish to play the Take or Don’t Take game scan their entry voucher into a non-cash promotional game terminal. Upon entry, the terminal generates a starting promotional value based on the number of valid entries associated with the participant’s entry voucher, that being 1 entry for 500 promotional play credits. This is the banker's initial offer to the participant, a value of $5. This starting promotional value represents a potential prize offer that may be accepted by the participant at any time during gameplay, after the initial entry balance has been played. At various points during gameplay, the promotional game terminal may display updated potential prize offers from the banker based on prior revealed outcomes. These displayed offers are informational only and represent the current value available to the participant should they choose to conclude gameplay at that time. During each round of play, the participant may choose to continue by declining the banker's offer by not taking, or stop by accepting it and taking the prize. If the participant chooses to continue, the promotional game terminal uses a random number generator to reveal digital game pieces on the screen. These digital game pieces are revealed for entertainment and promotional purposes only. Certain game piece combinations may result in an increase to the potential prize offer, while other outcomes may result in no increase or a reduction to the potential prize offer, as determined solely by the random outcome generated by the terminal. The participant is never required to continue play and may elect to accept the current potential prize banker's offer at any time. When the participant chooses to accept the banker's offer, gameplay ends and a prize voucher reflecting the final prize amount is issued. The prize voucher may be redeemed immediately at the participating location, subject to verification and these Official Rules.
08Prizes
All prizes are cash prizes. Prize amounts, quantities, and availability are disclosed in promotional materials or at the point of participation. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal value. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes, and Sponsor may require legally required tax documentation.
09Winner selection and notification
Outcomes follow the random-outcome game mechanics described above. All prizes are subject to eligibility and compliance verification.
10Prize claim conditions
Potential winners may be required to verify identity and eligibility, execute a prize acknowledgment and release, and provide required tax documentation. Failure to satisfy applicable claim requirements may result in forfeiture.
11General conditions
Participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected requests, technical failures or errors, or damages arising from participation or prize use.
12Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, prize acceptance permits Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or acceptance or use of a prize.
